The estimating and customer service staff at Precision Graphics strive to be second to none. We are often told that our quotes are turned faster and remain more consistent than anyone else's. We attribute this to customized computer software, experience, and dedicated employees that care about getting the job done right. We understand that when a price is needed, no one can afford to keep a customer waiting.

Talk to us! One might say that a picture is worth a thousand words. We strongly suggest that at least, all estimates begin with an email or fax transmission. You can use our On-Line Estimate Form found right on our main (Home) page or a simple Fax. Most often, one communication does it!
Due to the hazards of verbal instructions we find it difficult to be responsible for phoned quotes when differences arise. Our experience would remind us that it is very important to get our instructions accurately, than to risk error or omission by accepting verbal information. (It only takes one missed word in a conversation to make an estimate irrelevant.) We then will provide phone, fax, or email follow-up as required to clarify any remaining details. Our "Fax It" pads are available free on request to help you to "fill in the blanks" and get that estimate off to an accurate start.

Please include as much detail as possible when requesting an estimate. Small sketches can say a lot as we try to understand your intent.
If your schedule is short, please let us know as soon as possible to allow our production department ample to warning to attempt to fit your job in on your schedule if at all possible.
Upon receiving our reply to your request, please carefully review the quote for proper detail as this will confirm our understanding and accuracy of the job. Please let us know of any discrepancies or changes that arise so we can update the same.
