diecutting, scoring, perfing
With 7 available diecutting presses including a Bobst SP1260E with inline stripping capabilities, a Johannisberg 104S, and 3 Heidelberg cylinders. Precision has a fully loaded pressroom for your diecutting, scoring, and perfing needs. We can now auto feed any printed sheet as large as 36 1/4" x 49 1/2" up to and beyond 60 points thick.
Helpful diecutting hints:
All work should be set back a minimum of 1/2" from gripper edge to first trim edge of finished piece when ever possible.
Send steel rule die layout (if applicable). so die can be prepared in advance when possible.
All jobs should be clearly marked for gripper and side guide.
Detailed artwork, an accurate die line, and or samples with unquestionable positioning and pertinent detail clearly shown, should be included with the shipping of every job.
Please include a shipper showing quantity of sheets shipped, quantity of finished pieces needed, and what quantity of "overs", if any that are desired.
