counting and batching
We have procured a reliable and efficient means of counting sheets with a Vacuumatic sheet counter / batcher. This enables us to bulk count sheets and have tabs inserted into the load and establish batch points to facilitate padding or just reliable counting in a fraction of the time it takes manually or using folding equipment.
Helpful counting hints:
This equipment can handle most text and light cover stocks from sheet sizes of 3" x 5" up.
Batching tabs can be inserted into the load in increments of 5 sheets or more.
